Compensation: $100-$150/visit
Looking for well skilled, passionate Field Registered nurses to provide care at home. Must have home health experience and be familiar with Medicare guidelines. RNs will be responsible for following a physician established plan of cares under the direction of the Director. Must have Exceptional Assessment and Documentation skills. All candidates must be reliable and paperwork must be turned in on a timely manner.
~Field LVNs~
Compensation: $35-$40/visit depending on your experience and quality of work.
Looking for compassionate, skilled LVNs to perform nursing duties within the LVN scope of practice and under physician's orders. Assess, treat and educate patients/care givers. LVNs will be working directly with patients and office Case Managers. Must be organized, have excellent people's skills as well as communication skills. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of client notes, reports, and other documentation related to the treatment and progress of clients.
~Field CHHAs~
Looking for motivated CHHA’s to enable patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient condition such as taking and recording vitals; Temperature, Pulse, Respiration, Blood Pressure. Providing support and personal services; Bathing, Light house-keeping, Assistance with ADL's, Assistance with transfers and teaching families.
Licensed candidates MUST HAVE the following: Reliable transportation, and clean dress code Must turn in field documentation/nursing notes within a week; Current Nursing License (RNs; LVNs; CHHAs); Current CPR Card; Current Driver License; Proof of Social Security or Legal Work Permit; Current Physical and TB Test & Current Auto Insurance.
